latest toolset for linux-2.4.26vrs1

i am trying to build the 2.4.26vrs1 kernel for the atmel at91rm9200dk. does
anyone know what the latest versions of binutils, gcc, newlib i can use? the
2.4.26 is the latest kernel with at91rm9200 support as far as i know.
