That is a Message-ID you can feed Google with.  

    Launch your favorite browser.
    Go to http://www.google.com/
    Click on "Groups"
    Click on "Advanced Groups Search"
    Copy-paste 

       <52f2f9cd.0305090607.62637fdf@posting.google.com>

    in the box for "Message ID"
    Hit Enter.

You should be able to get the message.
