Also, please fold (word-break) long lines (however received) both for
the WWW page and for mail.


This screws up pasted testcases and whatnot.

Your browser should auto-wordwrap the comments, we don't do it at display time.

This is a big argument over in bugzilla land, unfortunately.
I honestly don't care either way, it's just i'm gonna do whatever the bugzilla guys decide, because of the amount of code it touches.
