If anyone is in a helpful mood, feel free to take a look.  In particular,
for purposes of this email, outdated comments to the effect of "eventually
we plan to do X" or "sooner or later we're going to stop doing Y" that are
no longer accurate should be brought to my attention so that they can be
corrected or deleted before this goes to press.


I'll go through tomorrow and try to identify examples of statements of
this type that are vulnerable to being outdated by now.
