comparing native/cross build results on 3.0 branch

Hi,

I have posted results for a number of embedded targets to gcc-testresults.
It would be helpful if someone could help compare the results to those of
a native configuration for the same CPU family.  Here is the list of results
for which there should be some comparable native configuration:

arm-elf

	NOTE: This seems to be worse than sparc-linux or sparc-solaris.

There are also results for i960-coff, mn10300-elf, and sh-coff.  
Help on analyzing these and extracting problems area to focus on
would be appreciated.  If someone wants help setting up a test environment
for any of these targets, please feel free to email me offlist.
