Querry regarding g++ maximum file size

Hello,
      I am an programmer form India, I am dealing with
Images of around 4GB.
  I am able to create files with sizes of around 2 GB
using g++ compiler on Linux. 
  I want to create files more than 2GB please specify
how i can create files more than 2 GB on Linux using
g++ compiler.
