install gcc on aix 4.3.3

	GCC 2.7.2 and GCC 2.8.1 are extremely out of date.  Try a current
release of GCC and follow the installation instructions at the GCC
website:

http://gcc.gnu.org/install/

The website also has links to pre-built binaries for various platforms:

	GCC 2.95.4 should work.  GCC 3.0.4 should be out by the end of
February and should work well on AIX 4.3.3.
