install gcc on aix 4.3.3

Hi,
I'm having trouble installing gcc (I tried 2.7.2 and 2.8.1) on an Aix 4.3.3
platform. What I'm looking for is the full-detailed commands (configure +
make(s)) with the correct parameters. If anyone can help - I'd appreciate
it.
