I am sorry, I have no idea what you are talking about here; could you 
elaborate, please?  The configure options can be listed on invoking the 
compiler with -v.  Where I have applied extra patches (because I wanted 
them tried out in the field), I have indicated this in the readme.

I have just built Cygwin binaries from this morning's tree.  They were 
bootstrapped using a pre-existing gcc-4.2.  They regtest without 
errors.  I will run a number of other tests on them tomorrow.  If all is 
well, I will post them on the Wiki.  If you know what else I can do, 
please let me know.
