Actually, I didn't add anyone else to the PR. I assumed that adding
PCH to the title was enough to alert Geoff, if he was interested.

How about this idea (since I hate making work for others): Geoff, will
you take a quick peek at other/10757 in your environment. It is the
core PCH problem that was reported on the libstdc++ list Monday(?).
It has a self-contained test sequence. If it doesn't fail for you on
darwin, then I will attempt to fix it in my environment (since I will
have some better idea of where to start looking based on that fact ;-).
If it does fail for you, then maybe you will desire to fix it yourself.
