Hi, I've committed the libio sources coing from the current egcs in the rewrite repository. I've copied all files, even those which are now replaced by the rewrite. We need them for reference for some time and so it's more convenient to have them locally available. I've tested it so far only on Linux which is not really a good test. But I'm in the middle of testing it on other platforms.
