When you say fixed, do you mean my next bootstrap and install will update the gccbug script to give valid components?

No, I mean that it won't cause it to ignore the report :)

I've no idea what component is now gone that is still in gccbug. If you
could tell me what component you had used on those reports, it would be
helpful, so that i can remove it from the gccbug script.

The "Category" for 2 of the missing reports was "fortran" and the 3rd report's "Category" was "optimization".

This is the component (or rather, gets translated into the component).
optimization was split into rtl-optimization and tree-optimization i believe, and no longer exists as a component.

If somebody could kindly update gccbug.in to have tree-optimization and rtl-optimization instead of optimization, that would fix the problem.

I'll do it if nobody gets to it by tomorrow.
