I've seen nothing of the kind.
I suspect that what happened is that Motorola never released the
changed PIM. The last version on their web site is dated 6/1999, and
my copy of it with that date is "Rev. 0" so I presume it's also the
first version. I can't even find the actual PDF on their site now
(the link to it seems broken).
