GCC should go to cvsup and cvsup mirrors for distribution.
And yes, I know one can request special permission from Jeff
to get access to the one cvsup server he controls.

BTW, by using anoncvs@gcc I was able to grab the tree-ssa
and find a very recess regression in gfortran.  This 
regression was not triggered by the gfortran testsuite, 
but was triggered by my testsuite.  Having a single server
for anoncvs (or cvsup) to the masses is somewhat insane.
