Targets to obsolete for 3.4, second pass


This is a fairly restrained list.  It's cut down based on comments on my
original list (http://gcc.gnu.org/ml/gcc/2003-10/msg00143.html).

If anyone wants to *add* targets, please tell me.  :-)

Mark, perhaps you could consider sending a message to gcc-announce about this?
