You can obtain it by CVS or the CVS web interfaces linked from
<http://gcc.gnu.org/cvs.html>.
However, let me note that you'll hardly be able to use invidiual
files unless you plan to read them verbatim.

We didn't really see the need for yet-another-mail-alias, and given the
amount of messages sent to gcc@ which would be suitable for webmaster@
(and the amount of spam and "Help!" mails we'd get), I don't foresee a
change here.
