This list is for discussing gcc development, not for bug reports like
this. A better place would be submitting this into bugzilla as per
http://gcc.gnu.org/bugs.html
However, there may not be much we can do about this, as this may not be
a gcc problem.
Looks like maybe there is something wrong with your OS, or maybe your
hardware. Red Hat wouldn't make an OS release with that broken of a
compiler in it. Maybe try reinstalling the OS from scratch to make sure
you have a good gcc and libc? Maybe try a different (newer) OS release?
Is your OS release know to work on other machines? Maybe you have bad
install CDs?
