Dependency problems for options.o?

I just rebuilt in an old CVS working directory (old == about three weeks).
options.c and options.h were regenerated, but options.o wasn't, leading to
all sorts of havoc.
Should there be a rule for options.o in the Makefile, perhaps? Certainly
it's missing an explicit dependency on options.h. I'm still not sure how
this happened, though, since options.c was updated.
