New failures in G++ testsuite

Subject: New failures in G++ testsuite

Richard --

Do you know anything about the g++.dg/opt/inline4.C and/or
g++.dg/ext/typeof2.C failures?  These are new in the last couple of days
on the mainline, and the former especially looks like it could be
related to your changes.
