I doubt it, or, at least, not for the purpose of getting a SPEC license,
since that would involve violating a core FSF principle.  This kind of
thing has come up before, and the FSF always rejects this kind of "gift".

There might be some other free software/open source organization you
could affiliate with that doesn't insist on the same level of purity.
(SPI?  ODSL?  not sure).
