About the early posting of patches. We didn't intended to "skip"
mergers sheduled earlier. I was just bit affraid of slipping another
freeze as happent last time so tought that it may be good when the
patches were available earlier for discussion.
The patches are to areas not affected by other mergers and I've checked
that the patches apply well still. I can make updated version tested on
current cvs if needed.
I would happilly follow any scheme of merging the changes (splitting
into smal hunks as we are doing now or send bigger merges).
I apologize in case this did looked premature or anyoing. It wasn't
meant that way.
