As I've mentioned earlier, the rtlopt branch has been tested to meet the
criteria, so we are basically waiting for the first patches to be reviewed
so we can prepare followup patches.
I can do few more in case this is considered usefull.
I would like the loop optimizer and bb-reorder and fp functions
optimizations to go first and then we can merge other bits (web
construction, variable tracking...) later.
