files included to 3.0.4 release but not tagged as gcc_3_0_4_release in cvs

Hi!

  I've noticed that several files present in 3.0.4 tarball, hadn't
been tagged in cvs, so after pulling sources from cvs with
-r gcc_3_0_4_release they fail to build. I wonder if i'm missing
something or it was glitch during tagging/merge? Missing files are
