The GCC project does not distribute binaries; we only point to others
who do.  So there is no "official" binary set for any platform.

For GNU/Linux, the only people who distribute gcc binaries in tar format
are Slackware, so I suggest that you grab theirs if you don't intend to
use standard packaging formats like .rpm or .deb.  If you want to be
sure that what you ship exactly corresponds to our source, just grab
any reasonable binary version of gcc, then download the sources and
bootstrap the compiler.
