It surely does.  OTOH, given that we want to deflect as much access as
possible from gcc.gnu.org to mirrors, listing mirrors of ftp.gnu.org
explicitly wouldn't hurt, except for the additional maintenance
burden.

But since I'm not the one who maintains the web pages, I won't push to
increase your burden, so I'm removing the ftp.unicamp.br entry for
now.
