You mean, as in http://gcc.gnu.org/lists.html?

  All the lists have a maximum message size. If your message exceeds more
  than 100kbytes, you should compress any attachments before
  sending it to the list.

The only list not bound by that, apparently, is gcc-prs...

...and I agree that this should be changed. 25MB is just, well, excessive!

Can one of the mailing list admins place make this change? I'll then
update the web page.
