Ok, -- this is what I suspected was meant. Can we all refer to these
6 monthly releases as minor releases, as that's what they are. And
refer to the 2monthly updates as bug fix releases. That'll avoid
any confusion about what's being talked about.

I think we should strive to have deprecated features still work for
at least 12 months after they are deprecated.
