FAQ preparation

During the process of converting the FOM, I've come up with a couple
of questions:
1. Do we limit FAQ content to GCC 3? Some questions relate to earlier
versions. Perhaps we could separate these into a "Questions about
previous versions of GCC" section? For example:

http://gcc.gnu.org/fom_serv/cache/18.html
2. Should we preserve e-mail address attributions? For example:
http://gcc.gnu.org/fom_serv/cache/57.html
