Yup, I saw that and sent them a note, but I meant a public forum to
discuss the standards, and as bug-standards isn't listed on the FSF's
list of mailing lists, I assume it goes to just the standards
maintainers.

Perhaps this is an issue for autoconf's documentation as well?
