Really now ... what does that mean? I'll have to see the exact contract.
Apparently it is NOT something that is standard and something that Apple
made up??
FUTURE??? You mean none of 10 years of technology (from the NeXT legacy) that
Apple acquired is assignable?
What technology is Future and what is Past? If you type (on your keyboard)
Past technology over again is it Past or Future? Food for the lawyers?
