It's a future changes assignment, and was tweaked in some minor way
having to do with liability I think. We did the same thing for the GDB
assignment a while back.

It's a paper document... You could probably request it from the FSF
directly.

No, unless Motorola were to assign them to Apple. I've suggested
that approach to the relevant Motorola folks, but haven't gotten a
response on that yet.
