Oh thanks, Daniel - I was going to do it myself, so you have saved me a bit of
hassle. We have a brief break from work (for All Saints, of all things!) so I
was going to try to understand where interfaces come from, and where they go to
when they are bad. I was just writing FX about it this morning, in fact...
