it looks like (I haven't really checked) with _Ebo_helper we get public 
inheritance all the way from unordered_set to 
unary_function<_Value,_Value> (from _Identity). I don't think it causes 
any issue, but do we maybe want a private inheritance somewhere along the 
way?
