libstdc++ patch tracking via rietveld

Hey all. This is just an announcement that I've signed up to start
using the patch-management software described here:

http://gcc.gnu.org/wiki/rietveld

My usual username (bkoz) should be invoked if you are also using this
and wish me to look at your patch.

I'm hoping that this will be a better way for me to keep track of
libstdc++ patches that I am interested in.
