    libstdc++: Fix Doxygen comments on chrono::floor etc.
    
    libstdc++-v3/ChangeLog:
    
            * include/bits/chrono.h (floor, ceil, round): Fix Doxygen
            comments to use correct parameter name and describe return value
            more accurately.
