Importing GNU Classpath 0.20

Hi,

I updated the gcc svn branch of classpath at
svn+ssh://gcc.gnu.org/svn/gcc/branches/CLASSPATH/libjava/classpath
to 0.20. Now trying to merge and bootstrap.

I'll sent a message as soon as I have something working to ask for
permission to commit the upgrade to trunk.
