I did a fresh checkout too. This problem seems to have been resolved:

>- libstdc++-v3: bits/stl-threads.h
>  no _Atomic_swap defined if __GTHREAD_MUTEX_INIT not defined

Let's see what the rest of the build brings. Looking forward to your
