Well, strace says the last file opened before crashing was:

open("/opt/oracle/jdbc/lib/classes12.zip", O_RDONLY) = 18

which is an interesting clue.  Chances are this archive was created
with /usr/bin/zip and not jar.

I didn't try to rebuild classes12.zip with jar.
