New MingW 3.4 Build (w/SWT 2.1!)

Hi People,

I've put out a new mingw32 3.4 build:

(Yes, I know I need to update the URL.)

This includes a long-awaited SWT 2.1 build!

This is an experimental build where I have
done some as-yet-unapproved cleanup and
refactoring of the networking and other code:

Disclaimer: I have no idea what state GCC/GCJ
3.4 CVS is in, except for the Win32 libjava stuff.

Please send feedback. I'd especially appreciate
your hammering on the networking and file classes
and seeing what happens.
