SWT Crash Problem with MingW/GCJ (UPDATED)

Erik, I know by now you must be sick of hearing the "this works in 
3.3" remarks, but really - stacktraces now work for MinGW in the 
current 3.3 CVS assuming you have addr2line and c++filt in your path 
(these come with GCC/binutils).

We're almost there - there're some problems with demangling of
the symbols and getting the file name correct which I shall look into
as soon as possible.
