Attracting more developers, means, first of all, attracting more users. Kirk

started out with illustrating some compelling advantages that can only be
had with gcj. The importance of this article cannot be underestimated. It
still continues to produce a sizeable influx of developers and users.

Another breakthrough has been the work of Mohan, and especially Ranjit. The
goal of hosting gcj on both linux and windows is now a fact and will produce
yet another influx of developers and users.

I think that, for example, a follow-up article on Kirk Vogen's excellent
presentation -- one that demonstrates the progress achieved over the last
six months -- will increase the intensity in which developers and users will
direct their choices to gcj.
