Many people have been asking about this, so I'm going to attempt to
make a libgcj.dll and libswt.dll available for download on my website
as well as instructions on how to build with these. I don't want to
mess around with this on Windows, so I'll try to do this on Linux.

No guarantees (for either a successful result or a reasonable timeframe), however.

I am putting out a new MingW gcj build shortly (which <i>won't</i> include this).
