MinGW Patches Applied to 3.3 branch?

Yes, I didn't submit that because it isn't necessary now - I
used to strip off all AWT and Applet classes from the Makefile
and therefore javax.naming.InitialContext used to complain.

The Linux-based build process is *far faster* and more
reliable for me than the Windows only approach.

Fortunately, quite a few of my patches have been accepted
for the current GCJ (except ones needed to properly get
a crossed-native build), so it should not be too
difficult to get it working. I'll be glad to help out
anyone, if needed, with the approach outlined in the mail
cited above. The more, the merrier. :-)

There's a small caveat: GCC 3.3 for MinGW would not build
OOTB from the FSF sources as of now - you'd need updated
patches that Danny Smith keeps posting to the mingw-dvlpr
list. To retrieve the current patches for yourself, see
Danny's messages dated 2002-11-21: if you have a
