MinGW Patches Applied to 3.3 branch?

Does anyone (Ranjit) know whether the MinGW September patches for GCJ 3.2
have been applied to the 3.3 branch? In other words, will GCJ on MinGW
work (less JNI) using the unpatched 3.3 branch?
