Why is jni.j installed in ${prefix}/include?

You can't really trust gdb at this point :-(.  I find it occasionally

I tried your example and I found the problem.  Some of the changes
made to IdentityHashMap didn't preserve an earlier bug fix.  I'm
checking in the fix now.
