awt and swing support

No.

As far as I know, nobody is actively working on either.  People are
"passively" working on AWT -- every once in a while one of us will
check in some new code.

In my opinion, AWT is much more likely than Swing to be completed in
our lifetime.  Swing is very large and is also under-specified.
