Undecided, I was thinking of using the GPL. There is no
reason to LGPL it and I am not sure if a BSD style would
be good or not. Jikes is under the IBM "Open Source"
license, but I do not see any reason the test cases
need to be. The other option is to just let every test
have its own license, I am not sure if that would lead
to problems down the road.

If you have any suggestions, I would like to hear them.
