Have you signed any paperwork with the FSF?  (I don't keep close track
so I don't always remember who has or has not...)

But, is paperwork even required for a change which is a merger of GPL
code like this?  Does anyone know the answer to that?

As to where to send it: java-patches@sources.redhat.com is one place.
I can get the code in both Classpath and libgcj.
