libjava/configure.in patch

[Per Bothner]

libgcj.spec.in contains the line:
        *cc1:  @DIVIDESPEC@ %(cc1orig)
This means that that configure needs to substitute for it
whene generating libgcj.spec.  However, there is nothing
in configure.in to make configure do the substitution.
The following patch takes care of it:

        * configure.in:  Also do AC_SUBST for DIVIDESPEC.
