Wabi warnings during GCC build

I see it too, started with r261571.
libstdc++/acinclude.m4 needs to be adjusted:
WARN_FLAGS='-Wall -Wextra -Wwrite-strings -Wcast-qual -Wabi'
I guess to -Wabi=11?
